UX Research: CivicSpace.tech

As part of a collaboration with fellow NYU graduate students, I worked on a user experience (UX) research project on FHI 360's CivicSpace.tech tool, conducting discovery research later used to develop low-fi and hi-fi prototypes for a website redesign. CivicSpace.tech was developed to promote the integration of digital technologies in civil society work worldwide. User interviews and surveys with donors and implementing partners revealed opportunities to adapt components of the site to reach more users and meet a varying set of needs.
