This knowledge management system was launched in an effort to institutionalize our quality assurance protocols and systematically track learning activities in line with a learning agenda. The tracker supported the business unit's Quality Assurance Guidelines and Learning Agenda workflows by enabling teams to log, approve, and align research and evidence-generation activities with strategic learning questions. The system was piloted with a champion team to inform iteration and broader rollout.
