This course was intended to support school inspectors in Morocco to facilitate the roll out of a new English language curriculum nationwide, by building their capacity in an observation checklist and instructional coaching. Broken down into bite-sized modules, the course covered content from the difference between evaluating vs. coaching teachers, how to use the checklist digitally or on paper, and how to effectively deliver constructive feedback to a teacher. Content for the course was developed collaboratively with Amideast under the former USAID/Morocco Bridge to Middle School Activity.
